A player is not eligible if in receipt of ANY FULL BADGE from any outdoor BE or EBF Association.
Players who receive a badge during the season (BE or EBF) are permitted to continue and do not have to give a walkover. They would be ineligible thereafter / in future years.
This competition is open to all eligible players registered to Bowls England through Suffolk County BE and the Ladies County Secretary.
